We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store sensitive personal information. Please do not put it in a request.
Write your work, deliver it, bill you, and answer you. That is the list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers in §5 who need it to make the service run.
wordjoy.co runs no analytics and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies you may encounter are set by Stripe on its own checkout pages and by Cal.com on its booking page, under their own privacy policies. If we ever add analytics to this site, this section will say exactly what, before it goes live.
Each holds only what it needs. We do not send your data anywhere else.
We use AI tools to assist drafting. Every piece is written, edited, and checked by a human who stands behind it. We do not sell or share your material beyond the tools required to produce your work.
Account and billing records: as long as the law requires. Your briefs and delivered work: for the life of your account and 12 months after, so we can send you something you have lost. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Ask us what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@wordjoy.co. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have specific statutory rights and we honour them regardless of where you are.
Access is limited to people who need it. Payments go through Stripe and never touch our systems. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what we know.
WordJoy is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Material changes are emailed to active subscribers. hello@wordjoy.co.
